Allison Fuller has worked in the event industry for nine years as a volunteer, intern and paid professional planning weddings, graduations, retreats, dance productions, dinner parties and the 2005 Sacramento Valley AIDS Run/Walk. She began coordinating events professionally when she joined Every Little Detail in 2004. Now manager of the company's Wedding & Events Division, Allison also is an active member of the Association for Bridal Consultants and Independent Meeting Planners. In 2005, Allison joined United Way California Capital Region as a marketing specialist and now is the marketing events manager for the organization that serves five counties. She plans seven major events each year while managing the group's internship program and assisting with formulation of the national United Way Live United brand this June, including planning a flash mob, street team canvas of downtown Sacramento, a needs drive for the group's nonprofit partners and a volunteer appreciation date at the River Cats.

Allison holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Sacramento State.

Charles Gunn's first job in Human Resources was an internship with the Air Force at McClellan Air Force Base where he worked in Classification building, editing and deleting positions for the Personel Department. After obtaining an A.A. in Business from American River College, Charles was recruited and spent five years with the U.S. Army. After recruiting for the Army he worked as an H.R. Manager for CPS Security Solutions and was responsible for all H.R. functions of the Sacramento Branch. After 2 years with CPS, he started his current position with Maloof Sports & Entertainment as Recruiting Coordinator responsible for all recruiting within the organization, managing the internhsip program, and coordinating training. Charles has held his current position for 2 1/2 years.

Mitch Hanner grew up in Lodi, CA and attended Lodi High School. He graduated with a Communications degree from Sonoma State University. Mitch held an Assignment Editor position with KFTY in Santa Rosa while attending Sonoma. He is now employed by CBS at KOVR - TV Channel 13 Sacramento.

Niesha Lofing has worked for the Sacramento Bee since 2002, covering everything from cops, courts and Folsom Prison to local government and education. From 2007 until May 2009, she worked the early morning online shift for the paper's Web site, reporting on breaking news. The job included covering natural disasters, fires, homicides, traffic issues, weather stories, university news and state education briefs. She was responsible for writing between five and 10 stories per day, which typically ranged between five and 12 inches. A few weeks ago, Lofing moved to the Features department, where she now covers food and family issues.

Lofing has a bachelor's degree in Journalism from CSU, Chico and graduated summa cum laude with a master's degree in Criminal Justice from CSU, Sacramento in 2006.
