Some employers find that holding campus information meetings and advertising in the UC Davis campus newspaper increases the pool of qualified applicants who submit resumes.
The Internship & Career Center does send to its student list serve your company visit for On Campus Interviews.
The information meeting provides company representatives the opportunity to give a short presentation about their organization and provide information on current and future employment needs. Some of the students attending may be interviewing with your organization, while others will be gathering information to help them decide on a major or start their job search.
If you are interested in scheduling an Information Meeting, please complete the Information Meeting Form, which can be obtained by logging in to your Aggie Job Link account:

- The form will be submitted to our office and it will take approximately 5 business days to process. *NOTE: Because of the large number of companies that come to recruit, we recommend filling out the forms at least a month before you plan to hold your presentation. This allows for appropriate processing and advertising time
- To update a completed form, please contact our office at (530) 752-2286. Please do not submit a new form.
- After we confirm your request, your room reservation will be emailed directly to you

Employers can enhance publicity of their recruiting visit by placing a paid advertisement in the daily student newspaper, The California Aggie.

The Resource Manual provides information to students regarding all of our services as well as guidelines for beginning the job search, resume writing, and interviewing techniques.
