Applying for On Campus Interviews
Using Aggie Job Link you can be interviewed on campus by a company with which you'd like to work. To obtain an on campus interview, you'll use Aggie Job Link to find a job description connected with a company interviewing on campus. You'll then submit your resume for consideration. (see detailed instructions below).
Each job description for an employer interviewing on campus will list the resume submission date range. Resume submissions usually begin 30 days prior to an employer's scheduled campus visit. Resume submissions begin at 12:01 a.m. on the start date, and end at 11:59 p.m. on the closing date.

Detailed Instructions
After you have registered to create an account ( see How to Register):
Log in to Aggie Job Link using your username and password.
- 1. View job postings and on campus interviews by clicking on jobs/internships from the top navigation bar
- Within Aggie Job Link, sort the list by Industry, Position Type, etc. by utilizing the dropdown menus at the top.
- Find a specific job or on campus interview by either inputting details into the Keyword Search box on the top left, or selecting 'All Interviews' under the "Show Me" drop down menu, and then click the [Apply Search] button.
- Mark a posting as a "favorite" by clicking on the [Add to Favorites] icon on the right.
- View all favorite jobs under the Favorites tab.
- Review Position Details by clicking on a link in the Title column.
Applying to an OCI Job Postings
Within the job posting, review the Posted Date and Resume Submission deadline by utilizing the Important Dates feature on the right.
1. The Application Status section will show whether you meet the screening criteria.
2. If screening criteria has been met, you may apply to the posting by submitting the required documents.
3. If screening criteria has not been met, than the system will give the reasons why.
4. If you believe that you do qualify for this On-Campus Interview job posting, call the Career Recruiting Programs office for further help at (530) 752-2866 or email careerrecruiting@ucdavis.edu.
5. To track your previous resume submissions, look under the Interviews section.
