Cancel an On Campus Interview

If it is necessary to cancel, please do so as far in advance as possible. There are stiff penalties for late cancellations and no shows.

Cancelling an On Campus Interview, Step by Step

Before the Aggie Job Link signup period has passed, you may withdraw by following these steps:

1. From the Aggie Job Link header, click on "Interviews".

2. Click on the "Scheduled Interviews" tab.

3. The Career Recruiting Programs office will determine if cancelations are allowed online. If so, click the [cancel interview] button under the Interview Details section.

After the signup period has passed: You must contact the Career Recruiting Programs office no later than 12:00 p.m., one business day before your scheduled interview to avoid a penalty and possible suspension from the Aggie Job Link system.
